Privacy Policy, Dear User, pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments) we provide you with the information regarding the processing of your personal data carried out by Tours27. CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Tours27 informs its customers that the data provided in case of booking will be used for the management of the travel package; the provision of data is optional, but it is necessary for the execution of the contract. The data will be processed using manual, IT or telephonic methods; among the data provided there may also be some data defined as “sensitive” by the Code (customer with disabilities), such data may be processed only with the written consent of the customer, in the absence of such consent Tours27 will not be able to comply with the contractual obligations.
The data may be disclosed to insurance companies and third parties, even in non-EU countries, for the completion of travel booking (hotels, airlines, etc.). The data will not be disclosed. The data processors and the persons in charge of the processing in charge of managing the contract may become aware of the data. It will be possible to contact (even by telephone) the person in charge of the data processing, to verify the data and have them integrated, updated the rights provided by art. 7 of Legislative D-196/03
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The consumer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, also to verify its accuracy, integration, updating or rectification.
